Jurys Vote is a good size village house in habitable condition but does need a fair amount of attention, TLC and DIY. Once the work has been carried out you will have a fantastic family home situated in the typical Andalucian village of Cuevas Bajas, near Antequera, Malaga. The kitchen is past its sell-by-date and needs replacing. The bathroom could do with being updated and a lick of paint certainly wouldnt go a miss! All furniture is included in the sale. I must admit, the furniture isnt not worth much but Im sure itll make you a quick 50 euros! Outside you have a small, shaded patio area. Upstairs there is a large terrace where you can sit out soak up the sun. Cuevas Bajas village centre is a short walk away and its where you will find all amenities, public transport links, medical facilities and much more.
