Plenty of space for a pool Running costs: It can do it by oneself and take money from the oranges. Or you can sell the oranges and pay for a man who can work in (50 euros/month). But all depends on what you want. I love working the land and doing organic agriculture, so I don't need to spend money in such a things like fertilizer, herbicide... Anyway, it's allways much more what you get from the land that what you spend (money or time) in it. Services: Water: well, with pumps to get the water into the house and hot water. Irrigation water is provided separately through the local acequia system. Electricity from the mains This really is a very special opportunity.
