The rear bedroom also has a separate door that leads into a little inner patio, which itself leads to a store room which could be converted into a further bathroom or a further bedroom. The wooden railed staircase leads to a landing area with washing machine and a door out onto the 65m2 roof terrace. From this terrace the views are wonderful and the terrace is very private and ideal for a roof garden and even a splash pool! This house is in very good condition and ideal for anyone looking for perhaps a low maintenance holiday and weekend place in Spain that is close to the coast, but in the countryside. Triana village is less than 5 minutes in the car and has an excellent outdoor swimming pool open in the Summer. The busy and historic town of Velez-Malaga is also only 5 minutes in the other direction and the coast just a further 5 minutes. Malaga airport: 30 minutes.
